Brittany Quintana Marti

Brittany Quintana is the Founding Partner of Quintana Law, PA. Quintana Law provides Florida commercial and residential property owners representation against insurers in first-party property and bad faith liability actions. Quintana Law also offers representation to local mitigation and remediation companies seeking to recover insurance proceeds from insurance carriers for services provided to protect their clients’ real and personal property. In addition, Quintana Law offers compassion and zealous advocacy to its clients in the areas of family law and dependency law.

Prior to establishing Quintana Law, PA, Ms. Quintana obtained extensive experience representing both insurers and insureds in the state of Florida. Ms. Quintana offers unique insight to the benefit of her policyholder clients, as she practiced as an insurance defense attorney for several years with established South Florida defense firms in the areas of first and third-party insurance defense, bad faith liability, negligent security, commercial litigation, and general negligence cases.
Ms. Quintana is also former state of Florida trial attorney for the Department of Children and Families and an acting attorney ad litem who has tried over 15 dependency and termination of parental rights cases.

Brigitte Quintana is a Partner at Quintana Law, PA. Ms. Quintana represents commercial and residential property owners in first-party property disputes and bad faith liability actions. Ms. Quintana also offers representation in the areas of family and dependency law. Additionally, Ms. Quintana has prior experience in real estate law, particularly handling sales and acquisitions and title matters.
